Dr. Gibson

Originally from Mississippi, Dr. Gibson moved to Gulf Breeze in 1985, where he attended all Gulf Breeze Schools and graduated as Salutatorian in 1996. Dr. Gibson received a Bachelor of Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida in 2000 and graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2004. Dr. Gibson then completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Bay Pines, Florida, in 2005. Dr. Gibson returned to his hometown in 2014 with his wife, Kacey, and his two boys, Tucker and Sutter. His hobbies include fishing, soccer, watching college football (Florida Gators and Mississippi State Bulldogs), and spending time with his family. Dr. Gibson is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Seattle Study Club, EscaRosa Dental Society, Gulf Breeze Rotary Club

Dr. Nicklaus Heath, a native of Gulf Breeze, is proud to provide patient-centered dental hospitality in his hometown. Dr. Heath received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of West Florida, followed by graduate studies in Architecture and Interior Design. Fusing art with science, he went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Stony Brook University on Long Island, NY, and completed his General Practice Residency at New York Methodist Hospital — further developing his passion for general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Heath is a past President of the EscaRosa Dental Society, a member of the American Dental Association and the Seattle Study Club, and a member of the Gulf Breeze Rotary, and served on the Board of Directors for the Pensacola Children's Chorus. Beyond the practice, he and his husband find balance in travel, fitness, and philanthropy.

Dr. Victoria Tidwell is a Pensacola native who was raised in a military family. Her passion for art and science led her to pursue a career in Dentistry. She has had the privilege of treating patients of all ages in both the public health and private practice settings for their dental health needs. Dr. Tidwell attended the University of Notre Dame and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. After graduating from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2013, she completed a hospital residency at the University of Louisville, where she treated dental and medical emergencies. She joined the Gibson and Heath Family Dentistry team in 2021. Dr. Tidwell lives in Gulf Breeze with her husband, Doug, daughter, Adeline, son, Jack, and black lab, Tessie.

Dr. Brandi Simmons attended Valdosta State University for her undergraduate education and received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 2007. She then attended the University of Louisville, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2013. Dr. Simmons focuses on helping patients keep their teeth for life. She takes a long-term, lifetime approach to dental care by treating the causes of dental diseases, not just the symptoms. She loves working with patients as a partner to help them achieve OR keep a beautiful, healthy smile.
When Dr. Simmons is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys fishing, hiking, camping, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Chad.

As Office Manager, I’m passionate about creating a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient while keeping our practice running efficiently behind the scenes.
Outside the office, I’ve been happily married for 20 years. We’re proud DINKs who love traveling, trying new wines, staying active, and spending time with our pups.

My name is Alicia. I have lived in Gulf Breeze my entire life and don’t plan to leave anytime soon. Nothing beats our beautiful beaches and close-knit community. I graduated with my AS in Dental Hygiene from Pensacola State College in 2022 and have loved every second of my profession. I completed the hygiene program alongside my older sister, who had encouraged me to pursue this career. When I’m not handling the smiles of my community, I love to roller skate, grab coffee from local coffee shops around town, or enjoy the sun and sand of Pensacola Beach. I am truly grateful to have the opportunity to serve the community I grew up in with the best dental team around.

Being raised in this great community gave me the passion to pursue a career here in healthcare. I was happily married to Ed for 35 years until his sudden passing last year. I have two wonderful children, Ben and Emily, and our newest addition to our family, baby Lucie. I enjoy walking the dogs, going to the beach, fishing, baseball, and spending time with my family.

I married my husband, John, in 1999, and we have raised two beautiful kids together who are now young adults. We love living here and enjoying all the Gulf Coast has to offer! After beating Breast Cancer in 2021, it led me to start a Podcast and Support Group for women affected by Breast Cancer. I enjoy speaking on the subject and empowering women in this community and beyond. Health is very important to me, and the mouth is the window to the health of the whole body.
